The city gave ok for Dillions to close up the yard. That was TWO weeks ago. They have repeatedly tell her that they have emergency calls and cannot come out and close her yard up. She has to walk around the whole yard to get to her truck that has to be parked in the street. The owner of Dillon Plumbing gave her a sad story so she PAID them $4000. for the job. Now Dillion's plumbers don't fell obligated to complete the job. What a way to treat a retired nurse senior and her husband in very poor health.

I sent message and when they called me back he said that wires than went into old hw heater were melted together so they pulled them apart and that I probably have short so I need to call electrician. So 2300.00 later and 1 day and I got a pretty new hot water heater but still have no hot water.
