Providing Remote Access, In Shop and In-Home Service (as necessary). Using Remote Access software, I am able to connect to your computer from my place of business and resolve most non-hardware issues and repairs. With Remote Access there is no need to unplug your system and take it out of the house. You simply need to have access to the internet. Usually, issues are resolved thru Remote Access but there are times when you will have to deliver the computer for repair. Examples: It is determined that the issue is hardware related or you need data recovery from a crashed hard drive. Your call for service will be answered immediately or normally returned within the hour. Phone support is available. For the fastest response plese call me at 712-548-5310

I got it back and a few days later noticed that the glass was sticking up really bad at the bottom like glue didn't hold, I called and let them know I was gonna bring it in but before hand the screen cracked from sticking up. when I brought it in the called me back and said I needed a new board again I said I just got that one from you guys and they acted surprised hmmmm. I said once again when I brought it in it worked and he said well that happens when you take stuff apart I then told them to figure it out and Id be back in a week. I stop back and they say sorry man nothing we can do and give it back low and behold the new glass is sticking up I said seriously this is the quality of your work? the new screen is sticking up like the last one ya fixed which led us to where we are now! I took it to advanced computers and they called me the next day that they put a water damaged board in it and he could tell where they cleaned it up but its degenerative and thats why it won't work. needless to say I'm serving them with court papers this week just for the principle of the matter.

Adam makes himself available for service virtually any time and the quality of the service is amazing. Reasonably priced compared to competitors like Best Buy. He doesn't sell computer systems so you know that if he says your machine is dead or dying, he isn't gonna try to sell you a new one. read more

Brian is patient and experienced, and his talent truly lies with people: He won't give you some big jargon-laden lecture on what you should have done, he'll just fix it! Brian has helped me, my businesses and many of my friends who appreciate his willingness to travel, his dependable follow-up work when needed as well as his cheerful approach. When you're afraid you've lost data, it's nice to know you have someone who can get into the guts of your PC and retrieve it. Big-box stores and other retailers can't replicate his speed or clarity. He'll find out what's wrong, explain your options and then take the action you want, not badger you into something foolish. The southeastern part of South Dakota - from government offices to businesses big and small - trust tudogs like I do. His decade in the business speaks for itself and I would encourage anyone with computer issues to seek Brian out and let him help. His price is reasonable and he's a focused professional. You won't be lingering in some line at a mall for hours just to find out your out of luck. He'll come to you and get you back in business, back on line or back to what you want to do on your PC in a flash. I trust his work, know it to be top-notch and put my word behind this review. Tudogs Computing is truly the service/industry leader in SE South Dakota/NW Iowa/NE Nebraska!
