Kyle is a nice guy, don't get me wrong. But his work ethic and quality of work is very…read moredisappointing. He charges a top dollar amount for poor craftsmanship. He shows up late, leaves early from what we experienced anyway. He also tried to say he was done with the job (and get paid behind our back) three different times. He still ended up coming back 3 different times to actually finish up his work. The first problem was that he did not come out and take a look at the job to quote the job to begin with. He made a bid on something he hadn't even seen. Sadly, he doesn't even live far from us. He was recommended by our realtor to complete some work that was needed for our loan. I know the job ended up being more than what he had expected. But hopefully he will learn from the experience. If you are looking for an easy task, I'm sure he could handle it. The work we needed done was above his Knowledge with experience and craftsmanship. I felt like I was having to tell him what he needed to do to get the job done correctly. He spread the work out over four weeks time. And finally finished without even working for a full week's pay. We were definitely disappointed.
