Despite what two reviews claim, I would not recommend R Bentley Tree Service to anyone who needs tree removal. R Bentley did not complete the job as promised and did not offer a refund for work they were paid for. I have waited for about 7 months for R Bentley to come back to complete the job and they have not made any attempt to do so. R Bentley seemed honest and were paid up front. That was a big mistake. I am trying to contact the Better Business Bureau to report them so that other people are not ripped off. R Bentley has ignored any communication we have tried to have with them and I can only let others know NOT TO TRUST R Bentley and to look for more a more reputable service in and around this area. read more

My husband likes to think he can cut trees himself but in this case the ladder wasn't long enough to trim the branches we needed removed to cut off the squirrel super highway into my attic. He called Richard in the morning, he came and looked at the job and quoted him a very reasonable price. In the afternoon he came back with a crew and a cherry picker and in no time the job was done. I couldn't even tell he had been there. The lawn wasn't disturbed from the truck, they even put something under it in case there was a leak. My husband who is very picky was very pleased with their skill and professionalism. read more
