The day after inspecting the yard Scott sent us a beautiful quote describing in detail every thing he was going to do and even included pictures of the areas of concern. The next day Scott and his crew (who were very professional and courteous ) came and took out two pine trees, treated 6 trees, trimmed a huge oak and fertilized some bushes, all in one day in extreme heat. We loved what they did and everything was beautiful. We were so happy with them because they were so nice to work with. Part of the attraction was that they would come back every spring and fall for maintenance. They did that for the first year or two. Now we haven't seen them in over a year. They didn't come last fall or this spring. Now it is fall again and our bushes need trimming really badly and some of the plants have died. They also owe us two dog wood trees and we never received them (the first 2 had died and they were to replace). This year I have left several e-mails, text messages, and voice messages. I even talked to son on the phone a couple of months ago and told him I really needed to have them come back. Nothing. I am sooo disappointed because they had done such nice work and I was really planning on our landscaping being taken care of.
