If I could give this company, and Ronnie Myers zero stars, I would. I hired them to put a new tub in for me. Should have been fairly simple but they didn't tighten the pipes and the water leaked into the bathroom and bedroom next to it. The floors were ruined, the walls were soaked, etc. Ronnie Myers told me he didn't have insurance and that he was required to have it because he was a "handyman". I was in the process of sailing that home to someone and they were literally only a few days from moving in. Ronnie Myers refused to make it right, refused to fix it, refused to do anything. He stopped answering my calls or text and blew me off. This man has no clue what he is doing and he does not have a shred of integrity. Please, go with an LLC and get plenty of references before you hire someone and when you do hire them, ask to see their license and their insurance, before allowing them to start any work on your home. I had to file a claim on my Home owners insurance and it was my First claim ever. It's made it hard on me. Beware of Ronnie Myers and any company he works for! read more
