When I called to request that duct was cleaned, they brushed aside my questions and then did not return my call despite telling me they would. Extremely poor service and no attempt to make it right.

Again leaking in 2025. Compressor is bad. Repeated phone calls to the contractor. They want to charge me again for labor and coolant. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. Their folder says they are Better Business Bureau accredited. They are not. I would avoid using this contractor at all costs. Not responsible. Do not get back to you. Obviously their installation was improper in the first place. And now they are charging me for their mistake. I have seen other reviews that they are bad as well.
