They messed up my prints, horribly. Printed incorrectly, with the wrong border sizes, and still…read moreshowing a printer guide printed on top of my image! They reprinted them 3 times, all horrible. I spoke with a representative on the phone, who told me that "white borders are difficult, because if they're cut improperly, it's very clear to the human eye" Next he suggests printing with no white border. I asked if this would cut into my graphic. He gave an ambiguous reply, saying their was a 1mm margin of error. He said that all of these misprints were "bad luck" (way to avoid accountability). When I asked for a direct contact for the production team, he said that this wasn't possible, because they outsource their prints to many small companies, so it's random where it's printed. The fourth reprints from them arrived today, and, like their last prints, there was a HUGE error cutting, which totally cropped my image (and much more than 1mm!). This company is doing things cheap and sloppily at the expense of quality. I just want my prints done properly. How hard can that be for a print company???
