I would like to know in the Netherlands, how it is possible for companies to create invoices for clients, (which I consider totally fraudulent) just by estimating? Shouldn't an Energie BIll be factual/Exact ? Or is it possible for them to just create a ''guestimate'' on what they feel you owe them! I would also like to know how an Energie Company can legally charge you for a month, when the energy has been completely turned off in your house/apartment, while you are away on vacation! Has anyone else experience this type of horrible service! I will make it my aim that this does not happen to anyone else. If I rightfully owe a bill, I will pay it, but if a bill is made up, partially fabricated should we pay as consumers? I believe we should pay what we rightfully owe! I am being made to pay a bill of about 631 euros for a single dweller in an apartment by Qurrent, for just a few months. One of the months I was away in the US, and had turned the energy off as I do when I leave the country. They are charging for one month of an empty house as well, this make no sense! read more
