Went here for a change of winter to summer tires. This is the last time I'll go here…read more
Here's why
They lifted the car on the chassis, not on the jack points
Dropped one alloy wheel, scratching it
They went on to scratch all 4 wheels when removing the tires
As balancing weights they used the ones for steel rims, which are hammered on and of course add more scratches.
To tighten the alloy wheels they just used an impact wrench, not a torque wrench thus further damaging the alloys.
The tires were mounted without changing the valve stems.
And the cherry on the cake is there's a center cap missing from the car now.
After driving the car for 300km, there's also a slight wobble in the steering wheel which wasn't there with the winter tires. So the balancing wasn't properly done.
I paid the same price as in my usual tire shop, but it had to be cash.
Basically if you care just a tiny bit about your car, don't go here.
