Instead I got a crooked nose with uneven shaved cartilage with a nose valve collapse (now I have major breathing issues) and still with a bulbous tip. They are extremely under qualified and inexperienced for these type of complex surgery's. I then went back a few times to follow up with my post op appointments to notify them I wasn't breathing thru my right side of my nose. He looked at me dead at my face and said "its normal" But me now Knowing the liars and cons that these people are in this establishment, I went ahead and got a second opinion from an ENT SPECIALIST, who only confirmed what I already knew was wrong. nose valve collapse, deviated septum/cartilage. I then took those documents back to Dr UECKER and showed him the paper work from the ENT SPECIALIST. Then and only then!! Was I taken seriously. Because they now couldn't lie anymore about what was wrong. Since they were lost for words at that point after that, they quickly offered me a revision rhinoplasty at the cost of paying just for the Anastasia on August of 2024 (same outcome no results) I still couldn't breath, still crooked etc. it was more of a cover up to pretend they are addressing the problem. Instead I wasted more time and money. It has been an agonizing 3 years of this. I have suffered emotional pain and stress from this. And want to share my story so you people don't make the same mistake I made. Don't be fooled by their "great" prices that they offer or their fake smile.They are all cons. Starting From Wanda the receptionist all the way up to the 2 doctors that they have there botching people left and right. PLEASE STAY AWAY!! STAY AWAY!!

She got my consultation set up and helped me with information and scheduling thereafter. Once I came in for my consultation, I felt so comfortable w the process and meeting Dr Shuster. He explained everything in a way that it was understandable rather than in medical terms. I booked my surgery that day. Tami is amazing, she is the nurse who will go over the process, and take vitals and blood work. She answered every question I had and more. Mental health might be trash sometimes, diet needs work, personal relationships are sometimes struggling, but boobs?! Man those are locked in and ready to go. I've no issues or complaints. Every person I've ever met including my boyfriend is shocked they're fake. The scar is so minimal and hidden. I run, do Pilates, and lift, with no issues except that I look ridiculously sexy all the time. Ugh to have boobs this good-- so much attention, so many free drinks, trips, dinners! Dr. Cohen was calm, patient ant kind. Needing surgery during Covid is not an easy or fun event. Dr. Cohen was reassuring. I was able to schedule my surgery for a few days out and was thankfully released from the hospital. The morning of my surgery, Dr. Cohen came in calm, pleasant and prepared. He answered all my questions and spoke to me as a human (none of that condescending Dr. attitude). His anesthesiology team was amazing, as were all the support team. All went well and as planned. I finally got to meet Dr. Cohen properly at my follow up appointment. He was with a student. I was impressed not only with how he spoke to me but how he explained to his student. I had spotted something that had concerned me on one of my scans. Even though it was not part of his specialty, he immediately brought up the scans and went over each one with me. He put my concerns to rest when he easily could have referred me to another Dr. and not been bothered. I understand during Covid, going to any medical facility is scary, but the hospital and Dr. Cohen's office have done an incredible job during the most horrible time. I must say the office is outstanding. For her first visit she was put through many detailed technologically advanced diagnostic testing, they checked everything from peripheral vision, to multiple scans on the back of the eye, and the front. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain in detail what every test was and why it's important to check for glaucoma and other eye diseases. Then we met Dr. Mendelsohn, he was a very thoughtful and insightful physician. He explained in great detail that my mom had developed cataracts and recommended surgery that should done with laser and a new state of the art Panoptix Pro lens. He took his time explaining the process of cataract surgery and we went forward with it. Dr. Alec Chaleff was the cataract surgeon for the practice and he was nothing but a miracle worker. He restored my mom's vision to the point she can see very small details and things far away without glasses.
