My first vest I bought from here was a great deal so, my new vest had to come from Victory Leathers. I had picked it out online. Called Eddie to make sure they had one. I drive over 70 miles one way is the reason for calling. The first one I wanted was a bit tight. No problem, Eddie had a size bigger. I bought the, "Leather Vest with Buffalo Nickle Snaps", and love it. Eddie sewed on 13 patches of various sizes. It was around 11:45 when I got there and finished the complete sale and headed home around 12:25. Thank you again for doing another great job for me.

Stay away!…read more First time I went there three years ago, I discovered it was really cheap and they sell a lot of items and brands that are not Wilson's leather and not leather at all. My wife and I each bought a coat which we thought were good deals - both Guess brand I believe. My coat had a little bit of faux down stuffing, and after a few months the inside started bleeding so much that it was destroying my other clothes so I stopped wearing it. Then, my wife's coat started falling apart from the outside - literally balls of faux wool were falling off. Off that went. We assumed that these were both knock-offs - Guess is not amazing but usually not that terrible! Fast forward three years, and I needed a new pair of leather gloves. Against my better judgement, I decided to go there again - thinking that maybe the leather products with their own brand are good. Bought a pair for $30 - good deal. Day 1 of wearing them, a seam came loose on the inside such that left glove became 2 sizes larger than right glove. Two weeks later I find my way back to the Aurora outlet, aiming to get my money back. They did not allow it. What kind of place, in America year 2018, won't allow you to return what was clearly a defective product that fell apart upon first use, less than 2 weeks after wearing them. Their response: "We can't refund these defective gloves since you wore them and now we can't resell them!" Think about that: if I had returned a defective but unworn product, they would just put it back on the shelf and try to sell it to some other poor sap. They offered to give me a new pair of gloves or store credit, but I was done with this place. I got my money back from my credit card, and am staying away. You should too.

Took my son's baseball glove for repair and the fix appeared to be fine, no issues…read more After a few weeks it broke again, not sure why but needed a fix again. (Even if it was at my expense). When we went into the store we explained it had just been fixed and before I could get anything more out, he started yelling at us and telling us "he didn't fix the glove, that's not his work!". I explained it WAS fixed there but either way, we just needed to get it fixed again. He insisted we were never there, wasn't interested at looking at his records and refused to fix it. I understand if you don't want to fix, but telling me I was lying and yelling at us was completely unacceptable. He explained he was the best in the business and maybe that's true, but no excuse to yell at customers and call them liars!

As it turned out, I was able to buy the Vachetta leather straps and they stitched them on. They only charged me $40 which was great! They did a nice job so I'm bringing more vintage Louis Vuitton items for refurbishing. Nice gentleman at the counter and very knowledgeable too! Also, they do not take credit/debit cards. The staff were diverse ethnically and very friendly and not pushy at all which we appreciated very much. They were knowledgeable and honest which was another great point. And I love this outlet mall because there's so many stores and fun food to eat that you'll enjoy the place outside of going Tumi. I got the Saddler briefcase and it's leather and really professional looking. The interior is detailed and nice and navy blue and lots of little pockets and it has padding for your laptop. And the cutest thing about it is that the zipper attachments are magnetized to the side of the bag so it doesn't make noise when you walk around.. little things mean a lot.

Maybe okay if you like sloppy work, went in to get some shoes re-glued and was told it would take 2…read moreweeks, no problem. I go in after 2 weeks to pickup my shoes and the guy tells me he would need another day, then quickly switched up and said he just needed 2 hours to get my shoes finished up, on top of the past two weeks he had my shoes for. Unsure why he couldn't have been done within the 2 week time frame he gave me but I brushed it off. Needless to say after the 2 hours pass I go to pickup my shoes and I received the sloppiest job known to man. Glue stains all over the uppers and he also repainted the midsole since he got glue marks all over the black(Paint didn't match up to the original paint, he left the black Glossy). If you need some low quality work and customer service, this is the place.
