Pitiful! Only two of the bays were actually working, so I waited a little and took the middle bay. For a $10 wash I got hardly any soap, and never got a good rinse or "spot free" rinse. It looks like the owner doesn't keep this car wash as operational as it should be. He splashed and dashed with my cash! The vacuums are always full, and trash is strewn all over the lot! Terrible management of this car wash. Kwik Trip has a better wash compared to this one. This place should be condemned. I don't think it will be an operation much longer. The owner is definitely losing business. I will not frequent wash again, unless it gets completely operational again.

My car was fairly dirty when I brought it in- I had to swap cars with my mom and she returned it…read moreafter two days with muddy cat paw prints striped up and down from hood to trunk. Add this to my super dusty dash with fur from my dog (although I vacuumed interior recently) and the grimy center console and I had a chore for them. For $25 I got the premium package which included the full wash and interior service. I drove it through the wash (I'm 32 and this was the first time ever but thanks to an attendant I didn't feel like an idiot) and then after you leave your car with the detail guys and go into the waiting area in the building while they finish. Even with the 2 years of dust on my dash and console they had it all finished in about 15 minutes. They did a great job for $25! I used to help my dad detail at a dealership and I can tell you if you had as much grime as me they will not get every nook and cranny spotless, but you are paying for a 15 minute wipe, not a $125 dealership detail. I still feel I got far more than I paid for. Don't forget to bring a few bucks cash to stick in the tips box for the detailers if you have a service more than the wash. I forgot and had to use my emergency stash in my wallet. As for the waiting room, they have free Starbucks coffee, they sell snacks and auto accessories and other little stuff. There is a tv and the seating is comfortable. It was clean and pleasant. The only bummer is that it was noisy being on the other side of the wall from the car wash (kids would love to see the wash through the windows) and there is a bit of auto shop smell but nothing noxious. I will be returning here frequently for touch up washes that start at $5 and washes go up to $25. They also have unlimited packages that start at $20 a month.

Anyway, got to the dealership at 2:30 PM (early) after I took off early from work. Got to the information desk, and they also asked me if I would like an alignment after the tires were mounted. I said what the heck ... yes. Long story short... I waited three hours in the waiting room for four tires to be put on my car. The service tech came to me a half an hour before they were finished to tell me there was a downtime with the spin balancer. Also they wouldn't be able to get to my alignment, because they were closing at 5 PM. Why would you offer to give me an alignment, if you knew you couldn't do it? Also why did it take them all that time to tell me that there was something wrong with the spin balancer while I waited in an a half waiting room? I missed an appointment...and I guess that was my fault for waiting. And, here's the big question? If you're that busy, why would you take on a tire change if you couldn't support it with staff? I usually come here, but I think I should've went to Lois tire, which was my first choice. And here's the grand finale... Besides " I am sorry," they didn't even offer me a free car wash or maybe half off an alignment on a future day. They just said "sorry" because they had to get home at 5 o'clock! I am all alone in the waiting room, and all the staff is jumping ship like it's sinking. Where is the courtesy, and professionalism? The customer does not come first at this establishment. First I had an appointment to have my parking brake line reattached (it had dropped) and the Service writer (I didn't catch her name) said it would be $115 to look at it and determine the repair. Some what surprised at the $115 ( which I assume is the hourly shop rate ) I said that seemed high given we could both see what the problem is ( you could see the line hanging under the truck ) she, without prompting lowered to $50 which would have been my deductible for the repair under warranty. They reattached the line etc. for the $50. I was impressed that she had the authority to make customer service decisions on the spot. I then went across the street to their body shop and asked that they look at my drivers door which was misaligned. Travis looked at it and said they see this all the time and would adjust "no charge" and said it would only take a few minutes. He took my keys on the spot and drove the truck around to the service bay and brought it back ten minutes later. To say the least, I was thoroughly impressed. I seriously just pulled into the shop, no appointment and drove off 15 minutes later with a no charge adjustment! I can easily say that has never happened before with ANY service provider! Miller Motors has earned a loyal customer in me!

For some bizarre reason caveman "Dave I." the social media guy comes in and presents me an internal memo. He lies stating it is the manufacturers invoice. A manufactuer invoice not on letterhead without the logo that is the same as the MSRP. Sure thing Dave! When I returned to pick up a cargo mat I bought at their Parts department Jeremy was rude and hostile when I mention mechanical issues. Nothing like good service after the sale! SUMMARY: Lynch Mukwonago is short sighted. Greedy. They made a quick buck rather than make years worth of sales on fleet vehicles.
