I took Kickbutt Karaoke lessons a few months ago and loved it! I am not a fan of group classes, but…read moremy instructor made us all feel comfortable and capable. She spent about fifteen minutes per student and even asked for our feedback throughout our lessons. She took her time helping us nail the high notes and achieve proper breath control in songs that are harder to sing. The best part, of course, is the performance at the bar. Each week leading up to the bar trip, we were given tips on how to interact with our audience and how to not just sing but how to give a performance. We also get to dine with the owners who are very passionate about their music school. I love it! I'd recommend taking the class, especially if you have anxiety about performing.
