The esthetician does not have the lightest touch so the facial felt rough and not very relaxing. She also took a personal call while I was getting my facial done. In my opinion, that wasn't very professional. However, she was very nice and gave me good advice on skincare to try. My face did look brighter and refreshed after the facial! Overall, customer service could be better but I was pleased with how my facial turned out.

Hesham took a truly one-on-one approach, helping me understand where the pain was coming from and working on strengthening the areas of my back that needed support. He told me he'd get me back in the gym, and after about 18 sessions, I'm slowly getting back to running and lifting weights with so much more confidence. I also worked with Ayoub, who is lovely, attentive and patient. Both made me feel heard and supported throughout the process. The medical massages made a huge difference, with some of my pain going away and never returning, and the dry needling helped loosen things up. What stands out most is their gentle, science-backed and detail-oriented approach. It's clear they understand the body and take the time to address what's actually causing your symptoms. If you're working toward a goal and want truly personalized care, I highly recommend them!

I wrote an honest review about how horrible their business practices are (you will see other people…read moreon here with similar stories / feelings towards the way they treat their "patients") where they responded saying they would want to help out and to reach out to them, meanwhile we both know that I've tried on multiple occasions to contact them to figure it out and they refused to help me, and then stopped answering my calls and emails. Attaching a screenshot of their bogus response, where they're willing to make a public statement to save face, but are in fact not willing to speak to me directly/privately or try to rectify the issues they've created for me. The following was my experience: Absolutely horrendous business practices. Do NOT give these people your credit card information, because they play fast and loose with your money. DO NOT GO HERE unless you're willing to spend THOUSANDS of dollars, which they will make you pay up-front and then have YOU submit to your insurance (that is only if you have out of network coverage, because he will claim at first that he takes insurance but he really doesn't) instead of submitting it to insurance himself, because that way he get's HIS money right away, while you're out thousands of dollars, despite the fact that the treatment will be spread over several months time. I was pressured into paying a large amount up-front for a certain amount of sessions, after making it very clear that I don't have a luxurious financial situation, and that this would be a stretch for me... but I was convinced it was worth it for my health. After that, when they went to charge me, they charged my INCORRECT card. I provided a credit card before payment, but instead they charged my debit card (the one I used for the initial smaller deposit) $1,500, which I had to fight with them tooth and nail for 24 hours in order to get them to rectify the issue they created. I was not able to get my refund from them until I physically came back into their office, even though it was their mistake. This was after having SEVERAL frustrating conversations over the phone and email with both the owner (Hesham) himself and his assistant, including one where Hesham, said some INSANELY unprofessional and rude things to me. After hearing that, I no longer wanted to work with them and then got charged insane amounts for wanting to cancel the "package" I purchased because of their "policies." Seems like if you cause a problem, that you could definitely make an exception for the policy that YOU created. I am getting penalized because I don't want to work with someone who has mistreated me and my money. When I told them not to charge my card again, they said "we'll call you back" and then instead of calling me back, they just went ahead and charged my card anyway without confirming with me beforehand. These people are financial predators that will take advantage of your pain and suffering. Do not trust them.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Botox injections…read more Against my better judgment, I allowed one of their esthetician to give me the injections. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked whether a doctor would do it. I was told yes. The ad they sent me via email said, "June Sale: $10 a unit with a minimum of 30 units." When I checked out, they presented me with a bill of almost $800. I was shocked. The manager came out and told me the ad only applied to first-time customers. I showed her the ad. She agreed to reduce the bill. Three days after the injections, my left eyelid began to droop, and my right lip began to droop as well. I have had Botox injections for many, many years. I was horrified. I had the touch-up because I was leaving for a cruise, and now I had to go looking like a freak. This is the last place you should consider going to for this service. They were deceitful and very unprofessional. I chose this place because I had been to their Palm Beach office, and the Doctor who did my fillers and injections was very experienced, and I was so pleased. This must be some franchise outfit
