Most places we have tried in France make great frites, so their's were disappointing. The place was crowded with locals which is a good sign. The reason only 3 stars? The workers weren't friendly and when it was closing time they started cleaning and putting benches on the tables and shaking out the floor mats near tables - gross. We were finished, so I didn't mind but there were a lot of other tables still eating and all were made to feel unwelcome.

It was a great omelette as well - and of course coffee was strong and tasty. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the historic town of Rouen.
