Hey business owner: I never signed anything nor was given any agreement to review. You can keep the $37.99. You obviously employee people that get paid commission for this practice. Interesting thing was that I saw a friend of mine today and you did it to him as well. I'm done with you and have reported you to the better business bureau. Have a nice life. ............. Drivers beware! Went there when a bunch of tree sap landed on my car. I got the $37.99 "deluxe" wash. Even though I told him this is a 1 time only wash, the sneaky ass guy went and signed me up for a monthly service. Long story short- I get billed another $37.99 a month later. After going back and forth over 5 emails they refused to refund me. I gave them every chance to refund me and they have not after over a month later. I'm going to let everyone I know to not patronize their business. read more

I like coming here. Staff is friendly. Only problem is all the people using the vacuums. Some people don't even pay for the service and just use the vacuums. There should be a drop arm like they have in Dixon. It would cut down on the freeloaders using up all the stalls. read more

*Stinks, need to clean the pits, it smells terrible the second you get into the tunnel. They typically prep half the vehicle, so you have one side cleaner than the other, sometimes no prep-just spray bug juice on grill/windshield. Clearly they are going for speed and volume. Not speed and quality, drying at the end is just OK, track is moving to fast to really give a good drying time, yes spot free, but come on, if running properly it should dry 70-80% not front windshield and driver/passenger window. I'm not impressed for the cost, I can pay $5-7 more month for a full service wash, but takes longer. To be fair, this time was better, but the wash before had the soap all over my back window and tailgate "it just happens and will be ok" not let's re-run it or spray it off and blamed my truck for being lifted, it's not that big, it's the angle of the sprayers. The people there are kind for the most part, one older gentleman is not as kind as the other, and told me today I couldn't have an account setup w/out a tag, I showed him I did, so i had to type in my email and deal with that. The guy that's always there (shorter guy, he's great, I'd hire him). The track, equipment, chemicals, just need to be cleaned and re-calibrated. The light and graphics are great when there is not the smell of pure sewer and getting a good wash. Several hours later: You can still smell the pit water in my cab hours later, it will go away, but why have to deal with it. I ran my families 9 full service washes in Utah for many years, through college, 3 are now Quick Quacks. Your vehicle shouldn't stink after the wash, and they should at least prep your vehicle, no matter how busy, brush is not alway necessary, and bug juice isn't prep. I know it's not full service or towel dry, but it's also not a lot less than a towel dry, so you shouldn't a good wash, dry, and get to smell the triple coat and soaps, not the pit. read more

Zack B got me to get a membership knowing I had a roof rack (welded) on my SUV. He told me to remove it and I told him I can't. Then he said I couldn't go thru... but I just paid for a membership... he told me to call the manager but wouldn't give me their info until I had to repeatedly ask other employees. Then I told him that the website actually doesn't say roof racks aren't allowed just pods, bike racks, oversized vehicles, and muddy. It's not labeled on the website but also going back my rack is welded to the roof of my suv. As I pulled away to just go home he mumbles "you stupid chink." I saw a sign to turn off my air recirculation in my car to smell pumpkin spice, so when I went yesterday I did just that at the Stanford Ranch location and it literally smelled like a port o potty marinated in a New York sewer on a 120 degree day with a hint of cinnamon What's up with that? I literally couldn't get the smell out of my car. There has to be something wrong with the water. So gross!!! read more

Ever since I revisited this location, the soap on my mirrors issue (remaining on car after wash) has been resolved! The staff are friendly and genuine as always, and the wash/service has never had a long wait. Cars still move quickly and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this location. The first time I got a car wash at Quick Quack, it was at a different location in Roseville and I was very satisfied with the results. I got the Ceramic Duck and there wasn't much left to spot clean on the outside of my car. This is my second time getting the Ceramic Duck and I'm quite disappointed with the results. I went to get a quick car wash before heading to work and when I went out to do a little spot cleaning, my car when almost as dirty as when I came in. There was still a bunch of bird poop all over the front of my car and other stains around it. I feel like a basically had to scrub my whole car myself. I also noticed these random dark bronze spots around my car that I don't think were there before. I tried rubbing them off with the microfiber towels provided but they would not come out. I'm hoping this is a one time disappointment because the staff is friendly, the location is convenient to me, and I think the prices are decent. I will give this place one last try again in two weeks and see if it's any better. read more

Quick Quack is just great! My truck always comes out looking brand new, with the tires shined, and looking fresh! Just get a membership, the price is right! I always get their top tier wash and I've never disappointed. The employees are always friendly and beyond professional. The vacuum SUCK in the best of ways, the towels are always full and free to use, the pressurized air helps remove any stuck water left over from the wash, and the trash cans are being emptied constantly. This review has been long overdue. When I lived in Arizona Quick Quack was one of the leaders of car wash service but I had yet to visit on until I moved back to CA. Costco car wash had always been my go to. My Dad told me about their monthly packages and that the washes were unlimited. I was instantly sold! The ability to get a car wash, dry it off, wipe down the dash, and vacuum is awesome. I really enjoy a clean car, inside and out and make a point to come to quick quack at least once a week. Rich has always been so helpful at this location and his charisma shows. He is always attentive and courteous. I very much enjoy that this location specifically has a certain way they fold their towels. They stack their towels so nearly inside their compartment. Those little things are what I notice and show me that those who run this establishment take care of their customers in every detail. Overall, it's a great value. read more
