This place is so great! My husband and I both have unlimited memberships. I go almost every day! The staff is SUPER friendly. They even remember my name! The staff is very "clean cut"- They wear a tie and dressed very nice! The vacuums are free, and make it so easy to keep my SUV looking great inside and out! I highly recommend! read more

These Weirdos automatically start writing down your license plate before they let you pay for a wash?! Why? Its a car wash not the DMV. In general you can pull a lot of info off a persons license plate. What are these losers looking to gain pulling your private info? People need to wake up and protect their privacy. Not cool at all. These companies need to go bye bye. Dont go here. Not good. A car wash called Express Car Wash down the street from it does not invade your privacy. And does a good job. Go there instead. Replying to the manager: You either is lying, or poorly uneducated. I myself can pull peoples names, address, see who their car insurance is for starters. I can do the same with phone number and locate their relatives as well. I can even take it farther and do a criminal background check and check their finances. So no dont be taking people plates numbers. Especially if its only a 1 time visit. And NO its not common at all in car washes. You definitely lying with that. read more

I went for the first time last week and ordered the unlimited membership, but got charged for a single wash. Went back a few days later and they said I was not unlimited and wouldn't be able to just add the $10 to adjust, so the manager requested a refund internally and then said if I buy the membership they would refund the $20 from before or compensate for the difference. They did not refund my first wash and now I'm down $50 for a wash that didn't even clean my car well. Customer service did nothing to help and only communicate through email. Of course sometimes, as with all automated things, sometimes it misses a spot or the mirrors have soap on them, but they've got these handy dandy high pressure air things (blue) to help get those last water drops off of your car. The people are so kind! My days been made at least twice by those young bright people. Highly recommend :) read more
