We already had our new faucet and parts, and for the new piece, turns out it was the strainer, he asked me to download the home depot app and place my order and offered to pick it up. He pulled out the old pieces, installed the new faucet, and I went to pick up the strainer which he installed and triple checked for any leaks once complete, all in exactly 1 hour. Jonathan was absolutely amazing! The price he charged was incredibly reasonable and a relief for our limited budget: $50/hr for so much work covered. He's also skilled in other jobs too, so we are having him back to install two new light fixtures and convert to LED from fluorescent bulbs. Moreover, he was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Jonathan answered all of my questions about terminology for things in case I have any trouble in the future and described how converting to LED can be as simple as picking up the new LED plastic bulbs. Truly an amazing human and awesome experience, I look forward to working with him again soon!

Shannon and his team did a very good job installing a new ceiling and repairing damaged walls…read morethroughout a vacant rental home that my parents were renovating. We were also very pleased with the finished paint job. The color turned out exactly as we had hoped, and the ceiling and wall repairs looked excellent. Unfortunately, our overall experience was mixed. The project, which was originally estimated to take about two weeks, extended into the end of the third week. More disappointing was the condition in which the home was left after we were informed that the project had been completed and cleaned up. We found paint and spackle on baseboards, trim, cabinets, floors, security doors, the front porch, and the carport. Construction debris and trash were left behind both inside and outside the home, several items that had been taken down were not reinstalled, and additional cleanup was required before the property was ready for the next phase of renovations. The quality of the finished repairs deserved high marks, but the lack of attention to detail during the final cleanup detracted from an otherwise well-executed project. If greater care had been taken to restore the property to the condition it was in before work began, this would have easily been a five-star experience. To Shannon's credit, after we discussed our concerns and requested a modest reduction in the remaining project balance to help offset the additional cleanup, he agreed to our request. We appreciated his willingness to work with us toward a resolution. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. The quality of the work was good, but the failure to thoroughly clean the property at the conclusion of the project overshadowed what otherwise would have been a wonderful experience.

He included everything we had asked for and gave us a fair price. Our entire front porch was removed and hauled away, replaced our existing columns, framed a new roof structure, cut and matched our dental molding for the new porch, installed metal roofing, and painted it all to match the rest of the house. We had to wait a few weeks for the actual work to take place because they were already booked, but he had told us that up front. What is waiting a few more weeks to receive quality craftsmanship? They arrived on time, were always friendly and answered all of our questions, and had the job completed in a week! We are very satisfied customers!!
