The service is slow, but from what I understand in Europe, Belgium at least, they don't consider it to be "fast" food but just food. Still, you don't want too long and it's always hot! I basically go there for the occasional sundae or McFlurry. On the warmer days you can sit outside of just head up the stairs and get a window seat to keep an eye on what's going on in the square.
