I agree with Kaylee what a insane place and a insane way to business. The receptionist is not at the desk. I can hear her and someone else sitting in the back room just talking. There is one tech doing all the tests today. I have already spent 55 minutes here and who knows how much longer I will be here today. They had said they took lunch till noon. They did not call anyone back until 12:20. What a slip shod operation. The only reason I am still here is I'm at the mercy of my insurance company. I'm tempted to drive over to my drs office and pay the hundred dollars for the blood work out of pocket. read more

This place seems almost always chaotic, not enough seating. Not recommended if you don't set up appointment no one here will give up a sit for you just because of how long a wait could possibly be. Definitely needs a bigger office or more employees. Not very welcoming and no one truly to talk to until you literally get seen. Definitely a place you want to get in and out of as quick as possible. Two stars because everyone is doing their job, just wish it was better managed. read more

I can't believe the rude and unprofessional staff at this place. I waited 20 minutes before someone even knew I was even there. Once they came up front I told them how long I had been waiting and that I was unable to sign in due to the tablet sign in was not working. She did not even apologize. It appeared that the two employees working there were to busy talking in the back room and didn't even bother to see if any patients were waiting in the front. Their were others that came in after me that were waiting as well. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. This place is a joke! I unfortunately had to go here to get a test done, and I walk in to be greeted in this tiny cramped room, with about 10 other people...all the chairs were full. I walk up to the window, and wait, and wait...and wait..... Finally a woman that was actually a guest told me that there was just one person on today, and unless I had an appt. to just sign in a have a seat and wait like everyone else. Perfect. So, I do, and "take my seat" standing near the door because there were none left, 5 minutes later, a frantic older woman comes out from the hallway, and makes a rambled announcement that she was here by herself today, and unless you had an appt. she probably wouldn't be able to help you! A seat finally opens up, and I wait another 15 minutes, to where at least 6 more people walk in, the place so cramped I felt like we were staging a sit in. There was no water offered, and by now people were sitting on the floor as there was "no room at the inn". Ridiculous. After the couple next to me asked the frantic old lady about how long it would be, she again reiterated that she would not be able to assist anyone who did not have an appt. that day; to which the man stated he was there at Saturday and the man behind the desk told him to come back today, at 8am....and now he, and his wife had been waiting an hour plus. Not a good sign for me. I finally left, and called my agency to have the facility moved to another testing place, to which they obliged. 10 minutes later I was done and on with my day like I should have been. Never again.
