Here's an update. I had to go back twice this summer, and the same thing happened!! LOL. Note to manager: Walk-ins are lower priority. If you have a dozen walk-ins come in at 8:55 a.m., and then I show up at 8:59 WITH A 9:00 APPOINTMENT, guess what? You need to take me because I took the time and effort to book the reservation. Taking walk-ins ahead of me and making me wait until 9:20 because, as your clerk said, "these people were here before you" is NOT how walks-ins/appointments works. read more

There is no way to contact a human being via phone and you have to go through 10 minutes of phone menus before they tell you than and hang up on you. When I went in, they made wait over an hour while they figured out their sloppy, mixed up paperwork. As disorganized as all the other reviewers say. 2 Weeks later they have not delivered my physician or myself the results and they have no phone number you can call to even talk to a person. I have to go on their website, create an account and hope to hear back from them in 48 business hours. I urgently need my results and short of driving back to the office and demanding them, I can't think of anything to do. This place is horrible. read more

My Urologist, from upstairs in the building, sent me downstairs to Quest, to have a blood sample taken! The front desk folks are definitely not the friendliest, but I'll move past that fact! I'm a regular plasma donor, so, I already have perfectly good, and visible holes to be used for injection! Somehow during my vein check, she, for some reason, couldn't find the vein holes already there ready to be used? As I kindly inform her where the holes are, as obviously her eyes are bad, she totally ignores my suggestion, twists and places my arm in an uncomfortable position, and sticks my arm in an awkward place, that caused unnecessary bruising!, just to tell me, how small my veins are? WELL, had she listened to me, and used the healthy holes that were present, she would not have had to look anywhere else now would she?SMH! read more

I've been to 4 different Quest Diagnostics locations for at least a dozen blood draws over the last year. The wait is ridiculous unless you make an appointment online beforehand, staff is usually quite cold, but they get the job done practically as painlessly as possible. Service within the actual facility is satisfactory, but the method in which they bill is a hassle and paying invoices off is tricky since I can never seem to get ahold of any one service rep on the phone who has consistent info. I find it hard to rate any facility that sticks a needle in your arm above 2 stars, but they're done it. read more

i needed to get routine blood work done for my physical exam. i made an appointment online. super easy process and i was able to pick from a variety of locations and times. my doctor's office faxed quest over the blood request, so all i to do was show up. i found street parking easily. receptionists were nice. i waited like 2 minutes before being seen by an amazing nurse (are they considered nurses?). the whole process was so easy and painless because we had such a nice conversation and she kept making me smile and laugh. i think her name was aurora. i was in and out in under 10 minutes. hope to never be back, but if i need blood work done, i'll def. come back here! read more

I had such a great experience without wasting time. This patient service center is located on the 2nd floor, suite 203. Gania was the nurse that helped me with my blood work. I made an appointment online. I also called to confirm someone was there, since there were bad reviews. I got through by pressing options 1-9-2. :) (hope that helps). The parking spaces were really small. Speaking of the parking, there is a sign that says please pay on level two before returning to your car. Well I did and I wasted time because the exit has a credit card reader where you can pay. There was also this nice lady helping people with their ticket. read more

Getting blood work is never any fun but the ladies at this facility make it so much better. I'm very squeamish and easily pass out from blood work. These awesome technicians took that into consideration, made it comfortable for me and talked to me to distract from what was happening. I'd rather long wait times than awful staff. These techs are FANTASTIC. Patient care comes first to these ladies. Make an appointment, see Dora. Be considerate of the sometimes unpredictable nature of wait times. read more

I couldn't go to my regular quest diagnostics location so I made an appointment at this one since it's close to work. The staff was really nice. Unfortunately, I was seen 35 mins after my appointment time. It was my lunch hour and I clock in and out so I was getting kind of nervous since I still had to walk back to work to punch back in. I did make it back in time but I felt they could have moved a little faster especially since most people were walk ins and only a few people were on the appointment sign in sheet. Understaffed and rude. I was waiting in the waiting room for over 45 minutes and they called one person back. Multiple people left. However, they did help a woman who came in after me who was pushy in asking for what she wanted. There sign states they help customers on a first come, first served basis. This location seems pretty professional and friendly. There was a good 12-15 people there. Came about 15 minutes past my appointment time (getting an appointment does appear to help in through faster as opposed to getting in as a walk-in) but I was still seen within 20 minutes of my late arrival. The whole procedure was pretty effortless and fast. It would have been better if they had more the 2-3 people that was working there. read more

Oh man oh man. This has got to be the WORST patient care I have ever received. Its def for the books! So, my doctor sent me here to do some pregnancy labs and when I checked in the receptionist actually called my doctor to confirm that the tests were correct and was under the impression all was good! Well the next week, going to my appointment I asked the doc how my labs came back and she went to look and said that they didnt do it properly...OK cool have to do it over again. Thats not where I am mad yet though...a little uneasy for sure. So I go in today to turn in my urine and I ask the receptionist what happened?? She couldnt give me an answer. I was called back quickly (thanks) and the phlebotomist sat me down in her lab area to take some blood...I proceeded to ask her if she knew what happened, that I would like to know who is in error. She said everything looked fine but she would call to find out with the actual lab testing place. So a few mins pass shes on the phone supposedly figuring out what happened and she comes back with this HORRIFIC attitude! First thing she told me, ok "your doctors are LYING to you" we did everything completely perfect on our part its not our companies problem your doctors are the ones who need to be more organized. I said ok wait, hold up, please dont speak to me with that tone, have some compassion and professionalism! Then she argued back to me that her tone is absolutely fine and that she is just trying to to tell me that my doctors are pretty much FOS. I was very angry at this point but kept my cool and didnt say a word. She all the sudden got nicer to me and after the blood was taken she gave me a customer feedback card and said if you would like to rate your experience today my name is Susan (written by her on the paper) I was thrown off a little by that. The nice albeit clueless receptionist walked me out and I asked her...Was her name Susan? She said the lady who took your blood? No, thats CINDY. WHAT IN THE %^%%! I came in and told the other receptionist what just happened that the employees are giving out false information and that I would like to speak to a manager ASAP. She gave me a piece of paper to write my name and phone number down to the manager of this place...Little miss Cindy walks up and I say....HIIIII CIndy! Why on earth would you lie to me and write down a different name and say youre name is susan?! She stumbled upon her words probably shocked by my sharp whit and smarts. I said youre so full of shit and proceeded home. What a horrible morning! Wont be using quest diagnostics EVER again as their employees lack basic courtesy and integrity. Around 1220 pm oct 9th, young lady in the front desk, has an awful customer service, i come in i read the sign where states to sign in and be seated and wait to be called well there wasnt no signin sheet so i waited, while i waited for someone to show up, she comes and i about to ask her something small question when she just cuts me off rudely asking me if i had sign i told her no because i simply didnt know where to. So then as i continue to wanting to ask one thing she just told me sign in and will cAll u. I observe her services with others and a white lady comes in happened to ask a question. Without interrupting her simply answered told her nicely to sign. Okay!!! Then an hispanic lady was called she goes and asked her questions in spanish the gurl up front is a straight out latina more latina than me iam assuming plus u can straight out tell she is was answering her back in english leaving the lady confuse anyways bad service! read more
