From the warmth of the sunshine to the crisp, white, marble temple against the bright blue sky--it really looked like it could have been a painting. The landscaping is beautiful; palm trees and green grass take up 13 acres while multiple fountains surround the front and back entrances. The stained glass window shimmer in the light, and if you look closely, you can see flowers in the design. The parking lot is large, which is nice, because there are lots of people attending. Trees provide extra shade and help to escape the 90 degree weather. Even if you are not a member of the Mormon faith, take some time to drive or walk past this beautiful building. Simple being in the vicinity of a temple brings about a peaceful and happy feeling--just try it, I dare you. TIPS & TRICKS: * Go around to the backside of the temple, if makes for some great photos and people aren't usually over there. * Take a look at the gold statue that stands on top of the temple spire. It's Angel Moroni, and on every LDS temple, he faces East, which is different because you'd think he'd face the front of the temple. It's kind of a fun thing to look for!

Since I was visiting Orlando for a few days I was only to attend the Sunday service but they do have so have midweek Bible study. Parking was hard to find because we got there late and it was packed!
