2016 update I just wanted to add to the previous review I had written when the chemist was known as Apotheke am Winterfeldtplatz. Mid 2015 I became quite ill and my trips to the chemist became more frequent. In this time the staff here have just been so amazing. There were days when I did not have my full wits about me and the ladies were on top of everything. They really, really made me feel much better and it was as if they kept track of my well being in order to make sure I had all the right meds even on days I would forget prescriptions. If I asked for anything they made sure it did not clash with the meds I was already taking. I am so grateful for their customer service. You really feel cared for. Such lovely, lovely ladies. I often find myself near other chemists, but I will always wait till I come home and go to this one, unless it's urgent and I can't make it home in time before they close. A fine example of care in the community. An added bonus is if you are registered with them I think you get a discount with each purchase. I just can't remember the exact details right now but will update if I remember to ask next time I am in there :) ------------------------------- I love this Chemist and come here regularly for my various prescriptions and the odd products. The staff are really helpful and if anything is out of stock they can either get it in later the same day or the next morning depending when you place the order. They also give me little samples of stuff other than just a packet of hankies which I have plenty of at home! A very friendly neighbourhood feel to the place, service with a smile. :) Also has good wheel chair access. ------------------------------------ The other day I went in and the friendly chemist asked me about my Pilates class... I'm like how does she know!!! Then it dawned on me she was the lady that has the mat next to mine (only for the last 7-8 weeks or so!) ...
