This makes me think that if a company takes this long to get you a quote, how long will it take them to settle a claim. They use to be a great company. Our Church Mutual Insurance rate almost doubled to about $18,000 alone this year. We have $50,000 Church Mutual Insurance for mold and the company we use to decontaminate our site charged us $41,000. Church Mutual Insurance would not pay our claim. We are a small church that cannot afford to pay this bill. This is why we have insurance! As I see other reviews for Church Mutual Insurance, I see we are not alone. I am thinking about filing a lawsuit and going public in the media to help us resolve this situation. They will not return our phone call as we are trying to appeal thier decision! They took a plumber report over the phone over a certified authorized mold extration company to reject our claim!
