The hotel itself is relatively clean, but the amenities beyond the pool and sauna are rather lacking, and the food\drinks on offer are not very tasty or varied. As an English speaker, I found it very much a mixed bag on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, often being directed to three different individuals before one was willing or able to assist me. My room was fairly bare bones, with a bed, bathroom and TV, but not much else, including no coffee maker. With the paper thin walls I was able to hear every word of the conversations in the rooms to either side of me, which was extremely unpleasant when I was in my room, either trying to sleep, or simply watching a movie. The water park and shopping center being close by is nice, but overall this hotel is not worth the price of admission. read more
