All I can say about Quality Movers in Summerland, is that they are THIEVES. Criminals They've just stolen $10,000 of my art (limited prints), left to me by my father who passed away. They actually delivered the art to my house and then demanded $1100. When I couldn't pay it on the spot, they drove away with $10,000 of my property. Now I have to go to court. Not at all convenient as I'm looking after my beautiful mom who has advanced dementia. Honestly it's criminal. I will most definitely be pursuing this. read more

When we raised concerns, they initially said nothing could be done. After asking what resolution we wanted, we gave a reasonable request -- and they stopped responding. Very disappointing. Poor care and no accountability.

Also, I once bought a Ukulele for a child that lives in my house from Wenworth with similar results as above.

We used this company in 2006 and again just recently to do a more elaborate reno. The bathroom ensuite was gutted and everything was replaced. We also had an electrically headed floor installed along with new everything else. New floor, tub, vanity, counter top, sinks, shower, toilet, faucets and shower hardware and all new tile work throughout. All went well. The trades were professional, courteous and cleaned up daily before leaving. There was a project manager we could contact but there was no reason to do so. The project was finished on time and even under budget. Absolutely no surprises. We have absolutely no reservations in recommending Gord Turner Renovations for any renovation work you may need. A friend had referred me to Tim and Im so glad I made that call!…read more My first call to another "Okanagan Heating" company who told me my 4 year old furnace was shot and I was lucky it was under warranty otherwise they would have recommended a new furnace oh and my pipes weren't up to code and we would have to tear up my walls..... quoted me $1,000. in labour. Well lets just say after the Tech from Senco came over to give me a second opinion... I was informed there was NOTHING wrong with my furnace, I just had a loose wire connecting my second stage and was not installed correctly. Guess what... my pipes are to code. He had my furnace back up and running in 45 minutes! I will never use another company again. These guys are top notch reliable and trustworthy! I couldn't thank them enough !!
