DO NOT USE. We pre paid private rides for party of 18 round trip. The first pickup was smooth. When it came time for return, it was a nightmare. Although there were several buses at the port none of them knew where they were to go or who to pick up. They tried to put us in a shared ride and insisted they could only go to airport. The drivers were rude and no one answered the main line. A few of us ended up taking an Uber to get home. Never again. read more

So not impressed! They are not very personable and the driver was rude. We had reservations from Port of Miami to Fort Lauderdale airport. The morning we got off the ship we called to see if they could pick us up earlier and they said yes. So we waited and waited and then we see the van drive past us, two lanes over, we called the company and they contacted the driver. He came back and picked the 3 of us up and 2 other people. Then he makes another stop and picks 4 other people up. By this time we are packed in there like sardines! We have suitcases by our legs and on the edge of seats. We were concerned that things would be broken the way he was shoving the suitcases in the van. He wasn't paying attention and almost hit the ladies who were sitting in the back seat in the back of the head with the suitcases. The driver was playing nasty music. Everyone was talking, laughing, and sharing stories about their cruise and all of a sudden the driver turns the nasty music up super loud. It kinda put a halt on our talking. The van was not clean. In fact, there was a big grease spot the size of a small dinner plate on the back seat side window and one lady told us it was there last week when he picked them up to take them to the Port of Miami. The driver drove reckless and was rude. Will not use them. We do not recommend them. If you need shuttle service in the Fort Lauderdale area and Miami area we recommend LJ Transport and MJS Transportation. read more

SCAMMERS!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Double charged us. Said we would be refunded. Then ghosted us. Will not respond. Unprofessional. Unethical. DO NOT USE!!!!! We recently prepaid a reservation for transportation from Miami port to Ft Lauderdale Airport. Quality limo service's representative in a quality limo service shirt, holding a quality limo service sign, told us to get in another vehicle. not the van we were standing by - which was going to miami airport. ok fine. the new vehicle did take us to FLL. however the driver insisted we had to pay $40, (which we did) and to take it up with quality to get a refund. after multiple calls back and forth with the most unprofessional person I have ever witnessed - who told me I was lying, said we just chose to get in another vehicle and his employee didnt tell us which vehicle to get in. and said that we said we had another ride - which was another vehicle that Quality Limo Service's representative directed us to. the office finally called the representative working at the port, then he called me back and said Quality Limo service would refund us the $40 we prepaid. Confirmed via text that we would be getting a refund. Then never refunded us the money. After multiple follow up messages, there has been ZERO response. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNETHICAL. SCAMMERS. We used these guys to take us from the Fort Laderdale airport to the port of Miami and then back to FLL after our cruise. Unfortunately, the cruise was pretty lame, but this shuttle service was excellent! - Their cost is so low that I was nervous that it might be a scam - We got to the airport 45 minutes ahead of schedule and instead of making us wait, they took us on a private trip - There were 2 accidents on the highway, but our driver radioed in and found an alternate route - The drivers are just aggressive enough to get us there quickly without jeopardizing our safety. These guys provide a very low cost service. I was 40 minutes later than my scheduled pickup time and they were still able to get me on a bus and to my location. I was very stressed out and extremely worried about being late and i thought i had missed my reservation. As soon as i got off my flight they had a driver ready for me. I would never recommend this company. They are not interested in safety! The first driver drove over 85mph in a 15 passenger van with small children on board. The second driver drove close to 100mph knowing we were not comfortable. He actually laughed at our nervousness. It took my daughter a few hours to even calm down after getting off! He thought it was funny playing Jaws and Titanic music as we were going to a cruise. He joked about our choice of airline and made reference to it crashing- again with my children on board! A great shuttle service at half the price that Carnival offers. We booked the shuttle on their website from Fort Lauderdale airport to Miami Cruise Port and on return from Miami Cruise Port to a local Fort Lauderdale hotel, very easy and quick. Our flight arrived on time and by the time we got our bags and walked to the pickup point the shuttle van was pulling in. The driver was courteous and got us to the Miami Cruise port quickly. On the cruise return, our shuttle appointment was for 09:00 but we were off the ship by 07:50. I called the office and they got us on a shuttle about 08:15, without making us wait for our scheduled time. Awesome experience. We highly recommend for Fort Lauderdale to Miami Cruise Port and return. We will definitely use them again. read more

The WORST customer service! I wish I could give them zero stars. I made a reservation for a pick up at the port of Miami after our cruise. As our ship docked and I made my way through customs I spoke with the company owner on the phone twice, letting her know my progress getting through customs. When I exited the port I called her to let her know we were outside and she told me the van left without us! It was 10:06 and my reservation was for 10am! Since we now were stranded, I asked her for a refund (they had made me pay in advance) and she proceed to yell at me over the phone telling me that "she is in charge" and she will "tell me how things are run". Don't waste your time or your money on this company. read more

QLS offers the best private shuttle service of anybody else in the business! My family and I arrived in Miami for a cruise and our driver was there waiting to take us to the ship 15 mins early in a luxury SUV with bottles of cold water waiting for us at the airport. Upon departure from the ship, once again I had entrusted QLS to take us back to the airport and they did not disappoint. Our driver was on time again, and got us back to the airport with no hassle. I will use QLS from now on when my travels take me through Miami because their prompt courteous drivers are exactly what I look for in private transportation for my family. It may be more expensive than a taxi, Uber, or general purpose shuttles (which they offer as well), but for my money you can't beat the private shuttle service that QLS Transportation offers to its customers. Nice job QLS! Keep up the good work please - we will be back for another cruise in 2018! read more

This is my second time using your services and I am extremely appalled by the lack of professionalism I encountered while speaking to your dispatcher! She is extremely RUDE and I DO NOT appreciate being talked to as if I am a 2 year old child. She called me at 7:30 AM and asked what time we were leaving the ship. I told her I was not sure as we were waiting for the ship to call all self assist passengers. Then she proceeded to lecture me about how we need to be out before 10 AM and to give ourselves enough time to go through customs. This isn't my first time cruising and I am very well aware of the process which is why we scheduled our pick up time for 10AM. When your driver dropped us off to Port of Miami on 4/17/16 he stated to wait at the pick up area with the white awing which is where we were waiting. We exited the port terminal at around 8:52 AM and I called your dispatcher to let her know we already exited the terminal and we were waiting for your shuttle. She stated to just wait as the shuttle will be arriving at around 9:30 AM-9:45 AM and to look for a white van with the QLS logo. We were sitting under the white awning and did not see your driver or your shuttle come by. Then at 9:24 AM I received another call from your dispatcher who again was EXTREMELY RUDE! She told me the driver could not find us and stated we had to walk across to passenger pick which is where we were sitting since 8:52AM! She NEVER told me during the first two phone calls that I needed to look for shuttle number 55 or a white van with a trailer; all she did was lecture me and speak to me as if I was a child. When I used your services last year, I was impressed by the prompt and courteous service I received which is why I decided to use your company again. However, after today, I am very weary about booking your services again or recommending your company to other travelers! read more
