I was in an out for my annual car inspection. There was no line and the gentleman working here were very friendly and efficient. I prefer coming to Quality Inspection Centers vs the dealer because they only focus on the inspection here and not trying to sell you unnecessary things. Thank you for a fast and efficient visit. read more

Will not come back here: they overcharged me for "window tint" on my state inspection, which is illegal. My vehicle was purchased in NC and has always had just regular factory tinted windows (not after-market). I've owned it since 2020 and my usual auto repair & maintenance shop has never charged me more than the standard $30 inspection fee. read more

Quick and friendly service right outside the heart of downtown Cary. I have been taking my cars here for inspections for years. Because they are a stand alone inspection they don't try to sell you things that you don't need. Super helpful when my old car did not pass inspection with suggestions and tips! read more

If you are a minority, be very careful of the Chatham St Inspection location. They will make sure they find any small problem they can find, charge you since they checked your car, then tell you to come back after you fix it to pay the rest (about $6). Thay will keep sending you back and forth until you give up your $(the deposit) and go somewhere else. The Big guy is subtle about it but that's what he will do. I was warned but learnt the hard way. Just be aware! read more

Pulled up for an inspection at 11:28am and both bays were opened with two techs working on a vehicle each. One of the tech immediately came out the bay and placed an orange at the entry of his bay. I am at the other bay. At couple of minutes later, the other tech came out and informed me that they were closed for lunch from 11:30am - 12:30pm. He informed me to come back at 12:30pm. Now, nowhere on their website or yelp listing tells me that they closed for an hour for lunch between 11:30am-12:30pm. If you are a service center, you should never close for lunch. One of the tech should have gone to lunch from 11:30am-12:30pm while the other tech worked. When that they returned, the other tech should have taken his lunch. read more

This place is all about efficiency. You can be in and out in 10-15 minutes and I love that. Won't go anywhere else for an inspection.

Good service, although they could improve the quality of answers to questions by customers
