Since my sleep study was finished, Quality Home Care Providers kept updating me for the next step. From ordering the CPAP equipment and the estimated availability. The staff were attentive and helpful. Kudos to Mr Kosar Kazmi for his in depth explanation and step-by-step use of the equipment. Answered all possible questions I had. As a beginner user ,the learning process is critical. Furthermore, he made himself available when I needed him. When I had difficulty on my first night of using it, he already advised me to go back to his facility to change my mask. I am updating my last review. Since I posted it, their customer service rep has been diligent about calling me on the date of my supposed "automatic" refill to see if I need supplies. I still have some issues but have been satisfied in the last year, UNTIL Friday when Kosar called me and complained that I wrote an "irresponsible" review on Yelp and now he has instructed his back office not to service me anymore. He said to call my doctor and get a prescription for another DME! If he had asked me to update my review to reflect the service I have been getting more recently, I probably would have, instead he failed to take any responsibility and fired me as a client for writing a bad review in January. I say, beware of any good reviews you see. read more

My husband ordered a wheel chair while at the hospital from Quality Home Care Providers to be delivered to our home on Friday. When the wheel chair was not delivered, I called this morning (Saturday) only to be told "there is no order" BUT they will deliver one, today. When such delivery was not made by 3:00 pm, I called and spoke with Trinity who told me there shall be no delivery because they "only have a 16" seat wheelchair" "I will take it" I said, but she refused to allow delivery to take place! I asked her if she knows of another place that may accommodate us, since it is urgent. She did not know. "Maybe your manager knows?" "he is away for the weekend"!! They are health care providers! They are in the business of providing care. They are irresponsible, and incompetent. I will do my best to advise our surgeon and Englewood hospital, not to deal with them! read more

Unreliable, often send the wrong supplies, they never are proactive about getting things sent before I have to call and even when I call they tell me things have shipped when they haven't I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Great place to purchase and service your equipment. The people are friendly and helpful. My CPAP machine having issues. Called and made appointment. Mr Kosar check cpap and called the manufacture which had him on phone at least 45mins but got through and putting phone near the cpap so they can hear the noise while I was breathing. That so funny. i have not needed oxygen since the end of June, I still have the equipment and they will not pick it up. Someone could use this. I realize insurance is paying for it not me, but I do not want it in my home. They want a prescription from a doctor saying I no longer need the oxygen. got my CPAP last year through my insurance. I was told I own the machine, and a portion of supplies would be covered by insurance, but I have still been billed for the total cost for supplies, and am receiving bills for a "rental fee" for my CPAP. They overcharged me and never applied the surplus to my account for the "rental fees" they said I owe. I threatened to contact the insurance company and let them know what was going on and suddenly got a check for my over payment in the mail. Now they want to explain the situation when before they would not even talk to me. Stay far away, the company is a scam. read more

This is by far the worst company i have ever had to deal with! I place an order for a new mask for my cpap machine on dec 5 th 2014. I have called several times about my mask and the customer service person said it was shipped and it takes 10 days from ups. Mind you im only 10 miles away from there. Its now dec 19 2014, almost 15 days later, no mask. I called and i was told an on call person would call me back. Well; the on call person said its not an emergency because my machine still works (i have slept without a mask for 15 days. Not and emergency)? So, his manager calls me up and said he sees no phone calls from me made and no order. I was furious. I called the customer service person and asked for a higher up to call me. Guess who calls me back? The same guy! So with his hard accent he said he has to investigate and the insurance company does not open until monday. If i want the mask "that bad" i can pick one up at the location for 200 dollars. (Way to treat a patient huh health care provider)! I suggest you stay clear from this company. The site has only six reviews and they dont let you write a review. The quality of the masks are very cheap. They say ita good for 6 months but by the end of the 1st the mask is falling apart! If you have serious health issues STAY AWAY from this company unless you want your loves to sue them for not providing you with the healthcare your insurance company PAYS THEM to PROVIDE! read more

If I could give this company no stars I would. I have been waiting 2 months for my cpap machine. I have never had to wait this long for any dme. It's already been approved by my insurance company. It does not help that I can not understand the person who I have been dealing with. English is not her first language, which is ok, but her accent is so strong, I have no idea what she is saying. read more
