I have since had 3 healthy babies with him never giving giving up. He had compassion with my miscarriages did everything medically possible to prevent it and did stop one with my miracle baby Jaylynn. I like that you don't go in and sit in the office all day they call you when it's your time for you to go ahead and come in to the office. He does have emergency situations where he has to leave but, what if you were the one with the emergency. He is there for his patients. I will continue using him even though no more babies for me but for yearly pap or whatever I need.

Not only do you get the person whom you work with but other ladies, if not with a customer blends right in with helping to select frames. I really like that. You are not rushed nor due they try to persuade you in your choices. They were able to answer all my questions. If they did not kniw, they found someone who did. Obermark charged me twice for my first visit. I thought I was all paid up when I left the office,…read morebut I had a message on my phone before I got home saying that they were going to charge me another hundred dollars. When I got the glasses the frames were wrong, the coating on the lenses was wrong, and worst of all approximately 48 percent of the right lens was the wrong prescription, it was like bifocals that go the wrong way. I don't need bifocals, I need single vision lenses. The bad right lens was causing redness and pain in my right eye, and I was also getting headaches. On my final visit I asked obermark to fix my bad right lens but the only thing she was willing to do was readjust the frames, and she couldn't even do that right. She told me to wear the glasses closer to my face and just look around the bad half of my right lens, but the way she adjusted the frames she made them slide all the way down my nose, further away from my face. It took several visits to obermarks office to try and get her to make the glasses right but in the end she couldn't do it and I just had to go back to wearing my 11-year-old glasses. I hope this update is easier to understand than my original rambling review, I was too angry to make much sense when I wrote the first one.

Dr. Gilberto has great chair side manner and explains things well. It's like stopping by a friend's house not going to the dentist. Before you realize it your appointment is done. The office is clean and very organized.
