They left their food trash in the sunroom under a pile of construction trash. I could not understand where all the insects were coming from until I decided to spend my day cleaning up the trash and found all the rotten food. I have had two houses built during my life and could have built a house in the time it took on our deck and sunroom project. The work was sloppy and he constantly need more and more funds to get his guys to come out and work. One week he refused to come out because I didn't feel comfortable giving him any more money since there was only $5,000 to be paid on this $75K project with a lot more work to be finished. While he was working for us he was sewed by two other customers and his bank account was frozen. We then had to spend even more money to buy materials if we wanted it to be finished. In the end he walked off the job and left us with an unfinished project and trash and construction trash all over the back yard. There was so many nails and sharp shards of metal siding we had to carefully clean up . We hired someone else who had to reinstall the doors that were installed because they were not installed right. We still have leaking into the sunroom we are trying to figure what was done wrong. We are considering taking him to court after having to spend several thousand dollars more to get this project finished.
