I went to a mechanic in SF who charged me more than 700.00 only to fail, and then I came to Triple Crown to do something that Todd did correctly the first time, and charged me less than 200.00. I mean, what else do I need to say about it? He clearly explained what the previous mechanic did correctly, and then explained what went wrong, and then explained the remedy. I trust it's fixed right, I'm not worried about my wife or daughter driving the car, and I will return to Triple Crown to have them assist with whatever my old Prius needs. Pulling into a parking lot, we popped the hood and saw smoke wafting up from below the engine. The local AAA repair shop was booked solid, as were two other shops to which I was successively referred. Finally, I reached Pineapple and they were able to fit us in. I don't know, maybe I have to thank all y'all who gave 'em bad reviews; maybe that's why they were available. But here's a five-star for quick diagnostic and caring service. They provided a thorough description of what was wrong with our car. I didn't get it repaired there (had AAA tow us back home to switch cars) but just knowing what the issue was provided peace of mind. $159 diagnostic, no additional charges; well worth it. And only lost about four hours of our long weekend!

I got a tow and was finding ANY shop in Woodland that was open on a Saturday. I saw MAR's website and it looked very professional. I gave it a shot. I had my car left out front. I was on my way to my Uncles funeral on Friday night and having my car breakdown sent my emotions through the roof As MAR opened up Marco and his crew pushed my car in and said they for sure needed to replace the radiator. They said the engine sounded good but they wanted to do a test on it. I left to go to the funeral and checked in every few hours as MAR was only open 8-12 on Saturday. They dropped everything to help me as I was out of town. Marco even stayed late so I could pick up the keys and car. 2 days later and the car is running smoothly!!! And it was my wife's baby! When the tech came to tell my mom her cabin air filter needed to be replaced, it dawned on her that she had left money in the glovebox, she mentioned it to the tech right there.. that she had money inside the glovebox. And sure enough, someone stole the money. When confronted, they attempted to look with a boroscope down around the area behind the glovebox. Then proceeded to say "we don't steal around here". Well someone does that works at this establishment, there could be multiple people that steal here. I would avoid this place. Sad and untrustworthy. They had 33k miles on them and still had decent tread but the tires were ballooning out on the inner and outer sides. Could have been dangerous if they didn't catch that. Got two new front tires and my car drives so much smoother now. Big Thanks to Taylor and Brian. I have used Big O in Woodland for all my vehicles oil changes, tires and alignments for years.
