Nous venons tout juste de recevoir notre maison avec HCH et notre expérience fût très négative pour…read morema famille et moi du début à la fin. HCH nous a avisé qu'il y aurait surement du roc au moment de l'excavation de notre terrain. Ils ne nous ont jamais confirmé et malgré que leur contrat précise qu'il devait obtenir notre accord écrit pour effectuer des travaux non prévus au contrat ils ont quand même procédé à l'excavation sans nous aviser de ce que cela impliquait. Ils nous ont envoyé une facture 10 fois plus cher qu'une excavation standard 4 mois plus tard. De plus, ils nous chargent des intérêts de milliers de dollars au taux de 36% annuel sur des montants que la banque ne voulait pas débourser puisque la banque paye seulement sur avancement de travaux et nous n'avions aucun contrôle sur les montants. HCH nous a suspendu les travaux et le directeur de la banque a dû communiquer avec eux pour comprendre ce qui causait le problème car la banque n'avait jamais vécu de situation pareille avec d'autres constructeurs en expliquant à HCH que les déboursés se font toujours de la même façon. Si c'était à refaire nous n'irions pas avec HCH pour la construction de notre maison
