When you call their phone number, you're prompted to press an option to either speak with someone or leave a message--but instead of actually connecting you, the recording just loops over and over again. No matter what option you choose, you end up right back where you started. If this is how they handle communication with potential tenants, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be for current renters trying to reach them for important issues. Very disappointing experience and a RED FLAG! In addition, I was asked to pay $60 for an application so I could be approved to tour a property for rent!! WHAT A SCAM!

Last time we went without heat for 4 days again we had to follow up with them. Why is it owners of businesses are so money hungry they can't seem to find time to make it right for the people who pay them. I wish I had the home owners contact cause I know they would be heart broke to hear how they make us struggle over the property management. The management owner Stanley acts like Biden or the flat Stanley my daughter had a school project on. He has no fire, can't get anything done without a constant follow up. Then Stanley only wants to do what he wants to do so, my long list at move in fixes only got 4 done. The rest of the list has to wait as Stanley said... until when? We were never told. Guessing since their service app only automates replies it will be a very long time. If you have choices don't let this business be one of them.

Well Marty is very rude, lifeless and all around an ass and when you take time out of your day to see these listings you really shouldn't be over an hour late EVERYTIME we wanted to see a place. If you hate your job so much quit and go be rude to someone else. Don't even get me started on kris. She told me that we got denied because I'm 20 and have "bad credit" my credit score is 750 which is pretty damn good for being 20.
