I like Qsharks for their response time and upfront pricing. Due to the COVID19 situation I had to move out of my place and didn't have much time to prepare. Luckily Steven and Mike helped me with packing my boxes and disassembling my bed. They came prepared, had enough boxes and packing supplies to do so. It's also nice that they were wearing masks and gloves The wardrobe boxes were a real life saver ( I have a lot ou cloth ) I was a little worried about extra charges and hidden fees but my bill was exactly what I was promised on the phone Overall everything was great, nothing was damaged. Needed movers for an emergency office move. Paid a $100 deposit, which I've never done before. The movers just needed to move simple items, couches, desks, bookshelves, from 3 offices into the parking lot pod. No travel at all. They arrived at 930 and didn't finish until 1230. I had to help to get to other appointments. Upon leaving the Lu over charged me $100 due to not accounting the deposit. Requested an invoice receipt on 5/7 and no response after 3 phone calls and multiple emails. I needed an invoice to send to my insurance for reimbursement and finally got a response. Wished I had done more research. Won't be using again. read more

I'm so glad we went with QShark! We went from a 2 story condo to a single family home and could not have done the move without Joe, Mike, and Jimmy. We moved during COVID and they were all very respectful about masks and keeping their distance when needed as I am considered high risk. They were extremely pleasant to work with and had a positive attitude the entire time - considering it was 100 degrees today and it only got hotter as the day went on. We started at the condo and spent about 3 hours there (about 40 packed boxes, a king size bed, a large closet unit, washer, dryer, fridge, two desks, and a few shelves), an hour drive (which was calculated for 2 hours due to the law which we knew about) and 2 hours unloading and reassembling. A few cons that we need to mention...They were scheduled to get there between the 8-9am window and didn't get there til about 9:40am. They also only had 3 wardrobe boxes (super damaged) and only had 1 speed pack box - seemed like it was out of the guys' control though. We also unfortunately had a few damaged items, and some dings and scratches on our walls that we'll need to patch up but Joe was an all star and got the owner on the phone after they were all done and the owner was able to provide us with a discount, which we really appreciated. I have used these guys a couple of times now. The came prepared with a large truck and everything that was needed, they were polite, and I was able to schedule at my convenience without a lot of notice. They were also attentive to my instructions. The first time I moved, I hired two people and it took three hours. When I moved out, I hired three and it took nearly five, so not nearly as efficient, but to be fair I had a lot more loose stuff that they packed for me, and I was traveling further. So it balances out to some degree. Either way, they did a good job both times, without any issues of any sort. I would definitely recommend. read more

I love Qshark. This is the second time I've used their services. The two movers I got were Alex and Will, who were fantastic. The previous duo of guys were so efficient (loans/unload, drive from Oceanside to OC, and load and unload) in half a day, I had to check up on Qshark's rate again for this time. Fast forward to this move, Alex and Will moved us from OC to LA a little bit before noon and loaded/ unloaded before the sun began to set, and wasted little time doing so. We had more than double of the stuff from the previous move, and heavier furniture (all from a stuffed 1bdrm) Nothing was damaged in the process, we had packed a majority of things in boxes, had misc things in bags, and random large items (TV, tv console, workstation desks etc). They rolled things up in plastic and blankets, had wardrobe boxes for us. If you're in the OC area looking to move to LA or north SD or local, I do recommend them. I've had very positive experiences with the guys that have been dispatched. And they're so polite and great at communicating. Thanks guys! read more

My boyfriend and I just moved about 25 to 30 minutes away from where we originally were to where we are now, and still living in OC. I am a reviewer on 90% of anything and everything before I buy/invest. TBH though, I don't post reviews unless the employees go above and beyond to make a difference and where I know they will make a difference in other's experience (ok well i'm guilty to have ONE negative review). These movers were on time, worked hard and fast, and they did not disappoint. They are fairly priced and for not having to do the work yourself or if you feel like you have the need to keep reviewing, look no further. Not impressed with the handling of my items. Maybe when you buy the insurance, they just don't care??? See photos below of how my Qled TV was handled and mirrors. Items that should have been cared for but were not. We will see if my tv turns on When the professional mounters come. I can already see scratches on it from your carelessness. It also took 9 hours for them to move a 1 bedroom apartment, my last movers took 4 hours total. If you have anything bigger than a 1 bedroom expect a heafty bill. I was far from impressed with this company. The movers had complete attitude from the second they walked in the door. Anytime I asked for something I got a smart ass comment in return or an excuse why they didn't do it. "we don't touch plants" You told me not to, we don't do that, we don't touch that.... this went on all damn day long, 9 hours to be exact. They also put a few of my plants in storage when I told them not to. No common sense and major attitude, I even got major attitude when I asked for my TV to be wrapped(Clearly they don't do that!!!) The 2 stars was because I was thankful to be moved and glad it's over. I bumped my 2 stars down to one when they couldn't send payment for destroyed items. I will never hire this company again. Never! Can't wait to see what they offer me for the items they destroyed. They are promising to send a check for the items they destroyed, I have yet to see that but lots of excuses again. Qshark saved a bad experience & bad review with good customer service. I made a reservation for a Monday afternoon 2/7/22 move (starting between 1p to 5p). Around 3p no movers had shown so I gave a call to Qshark to get a status on the movers. They had lost my reservation! However, this is where the save came in. To make me whole, the service agent got a crew that was just finishing up another move to be my movers for that same day. No rescheduling. No extra wasted day. The newly assigned crew showed up at 5p. Carlos & Joshua assessed the situation and quickly got to work moving my stuff into the truck. Furniture was wrapped up in shrink wrap and covered in furniture pads professionally. Boxes were sealed and moved out efficiently. After 2 hours we were ready to move onto my new place. After a brief lunch break since they had not eaten during the previous move, which they did not charge me for, they arrived at my new place to unload. Unload took about an hour. Nothing came out damaged or lost. with the exception of having to clean off some oil residue from some of the furniture blankets on my dining table and media stand. Carlos & Joshua got done by 9p. my thanks for an efficient 4 hour move in the dark of the evening. thanks to Qshark for pivoting to save this move from being to far delayed. Huge shout out to Alex and Keith. They helped me finish packing, were very ginger with my stuff and came in way under my time estimate. Moving is super stressful and I had a very picky landlady to make things worse. I asked Alex a special request to ensure she did not know where I was moving too, long story, and he handled it like a pro. Fortunately my landlady didn't bother us too much and we were out of my old place and on to the new place quickly. They unloaded just as fast and handled the stairs like mighty gladiators.
