I was told I'd be sore for a couple of days...2 weeks out and I'm still not better. Kind of a Major Payne movie moment where one small thing feels like it might be getting better because pain is caused else where. Long story short, the right side of my lower back feels slightly better at times but I was left with a pinched nerve on my left side that runs from my hip to my knee and pain on the lower left side of my back.
