I'm giving 4 stars only because I believe the process could have been faster. Even when they promised to file all documents would take 3 months (without the fast fee), it took longer than that. It took extra month for them and I'm not taking in consideration additional time when I was waiting for the decision from USCIS. But other than that I would recommend it to anyone and would use them in the future again.

Taliya helped with the closing of the purchase my first apartment…read more I cannot recommend her enough! From our first phone call she was kind, patient, carefully explained the process and answered all my questions throughly. During the whole process I could see that she was fighting for my interests in every small detail and that she had a deep knowledge of what she was doing. I love the fact that she was always open to chat and had the patience to answer questions and to explain difficult processes. Her rate was fair and I'm grateful I chose her as my lawyer. If you are looking to buy or sell I highly recommend her!

If what you say is "correct" where do you see it in your summery email from our verbal conversation? I never expected you to work for free, but WHY weren't you clear and honest about what you are going to charge!? That is all what this review about. You MISLEAD us, and not reliable! And btw, the seller admitted to me that he had another buyer. "Behavior" is his agent excuse after she realized she handled it in a bad faith. I hope this makes you feel better ;) _________________________________ We reached out to her regarding an upcoming purchase, and she promised (verbally and written!!) that if any deal falls through, the entire half retainer we paid her, gets carried over for the next deal. When the deal fell through, Taliya decided she wants to charge us $1,000 of what we paid (which was $1,600). I looked back at her email, and when I mentioned to her "hey wait, it doesn't say anything about a portion being non refundable or an hourly rate, otherwise we would have clarified what your hourly rate was. Right!? why didn't you put it in your email summary of the agreed terms after our call?" Her response was "I'm a bit offended". Offended about what!? That was a very childish response! Bottom line- not reliable.
