My friends and I loved it so much we ended up doing Top Secret room right after. And we are coming back tomorrow to do a few of the rooms. Roger was our host and he was extremely friendly, telling us about all the room and showing us around, the deco of the lobby was amazing, loved all the Star Wars stuff around. The games themselves are very challenging and you don't need to know any language to solve the puzzles. A+ from me.

Back in the day, the way back before time, Roman elites would come here to take a load off, chilax, and cool off a bit. By the way, for those who need to get their run on, this is a good option. I was there late August and she said the pool would be open next week. The cardio equipment was upstairs- and the stairs are glass. They made me nervous. In addition to 2 bikes, 22 recumbent bikes, 8 treadmills, and 3 ellipticals, upstairs also had an ab area, stretch area, and a room for classes. There were Pilates reformer machines but the room was dark. The temperature upstairs was too hot. Really too hot for a gym. There was music downstairs but not upstairs. There were no clocks. There was no water fountain in the entire gym. I could not figure out the vending machine to buy a bottle of water. All equipment was TechnoGym. They had the gadgets that count the reps- love that!! The hours are wrong on this Yelp site- call to confirm.

I booked last minute today after some flight delays and the company answered my inquiry in chat immediately and it was really nice of them to accommodate me as I was the only one on the tour. My guide Matteo was exceptional. He did a wonderful job navigating the Rome traffic and he was polite and personable and his English is excellent. He shared a lot of information and showed me things that I didn't know and I am a frequent traveller to Rome; I would highly recommend this tour and Matteo who is an asset to Bici & Baci tours and to the hospitality industry in which he has chosen to work.

Mostly empty with plenty of weights for use. I'm a high school football player so the need for weight was a necessity. Staff could not be more helpful. I would definitely come here again if I ever find myself back in Rome.
