We got the papas bravas, so in Spain when we get them they are chunks of potatoes with a hot sauce/ketchup blend with loads of aioli. Here it was crispy fried balls of potato bathed in a semi spicy tomato aioli and topped with Parmesan cheese. Not what we were expecting but still delicious. We also ordered the Nachos Mexicanos, so since Nachos aren't reaaay Mexican food I think it's ok to play around with the name. These were just tortilla chips with dipping sauces of Aioli and a guacamole Aioli. Not what I would call Nachos but hey, us Americans ruin other cultures foods too, so who are we to criticize?
