Second, she is impatient to listen to your desires about shape and size, works slow herself on drawing the shape, not consulting you, but then blames the client in extra time spent. If dissatisfaction expressed, she yells at you that there is nothing wrong and suddenly dissappears, then her husband appears and barks at you that your eyebrows look fine and same length, whereas they are absolutely not, making a fool of you. 400 dollars spent to feel humiliated and treated with no respect. Low culture, rude conduct people. I do not recommend it to anybody.

My boyfriend bought me a gift card for this spa last year for a mani-pedi... Manicure was sub par,…read morehad to ask her to add another coat to a couple nails because polish was see through and the pedicure was TERRIBLE! She didn't treat the skin on my feet at all, nails on my toes were rough and barely filed down had to keep asking her to fix the edges and at the end the polish was super tacky and I had to ask her to go over again with the nail cleanser to smooth it out. My esthetician obviously did not care about the quality of her work and having to stay on top of her to get a half decent treatment was not fun. Not my idea of a relaxing birthday spa treatment. Way overpriced. Would not recommend.
