My personal favorite was the Roucher Blanc. It is the chocolate to dream about. Soft creamy milk chocolate center. Hardened white chocolate and almond shell. Heaven on earth. No English required. The staff was so friendly my deficiency in French was never a problem. Just choose and point. All of the candies are made on premises each morning.
