One of few "Laundromat" laundry facilities in Zurich. It's not common in Europe in general…read more Wäscherei - Express Laundry Service. Self Serve Laundry. Only found 2. This one has good opening hours 7am-10pm (7 days a week at posting), located in neighborhoods area with Tram Stops in front. Line 9 & 10. Usage is pretty straightforward. They even have English Panel Information. They have detergent 1 CHF, softener 0.50 CHF. They have Coin machine changes. Reminder: they only accept Swiss Franc!! We have to go to grocery store nearby, wait till they open, to exchange our Euro to CHF. I used the facilities on Jan 2 and the cleaning lady just cleaned them during opening. So the place is spanking clean. Have laundry basket and fold table. Explained everything to our local friends on how to use. We brought Tide Pod and she even gave suggestion on usage and drying time. Heard about vandals in the past. Hope they keep it safe. The only downside is how EXPENSIVE it is to do self laundry in Zurich, Swiss. Other European countries are cheaper.

I brought my own Tide pods from home (California) so I don't have experience using the detergent dispenser. The washing machines (I used two) were efficient and same with the dryer. Depending on the temperature you choose, it will take 25-50 minutes to complete a wash cycle. The dryers were great too. My small load of clothes was dry in 20 minutes Each wash in a 6KG (smallest) machine cost about $8 Swiss francs. Again, ultimate cost depends on the temperature you choose. Dryer is 3 Swiss francs for 10 minutes. I went by myself and felt safe. It's Switzerland after all. Tram to get here was super easy also. We stayed at the Widder Hotel and it took me about 20 minutes door to door. Hope this helps someone out there! We had a 4-year old on a long trip through Europe so we had to do laundry without paying hundreds of dollars.

It's more difficult to have laundry done when traveling. My H+ Hotel has very limited and quite…read moreexpensive laundry service if you just need a couple things washed. If you're traveling for three weeks and a have a lot of laundry, at least in Zürich this is the place to go depending on your location. For me it was a three stop tram ride from our hotel also easily walkable. The laundromat is clean, seems to be well-maintained and has washing machines of various capacities and dryers all in good repair. There is a detergent machine on the premises however there is a Coop store right around the corner where you can purchase additional detergent or whatever you need. it's not cheap to do your laundry here. I have posted the pricing. Unless you ate inclined to wash your clothes in your hotel sink and then good luck trying to get them dry, you don't have too many, if any, alternatives. The cost for us to use three of the smaller sized washing machines And two dryers was basically 50 francs. Ouch. There's a table for folding your clothes and about six or seven chairs. A café is around the corner on the Main Street next-door to Coop to have a snack while you're doing your wash. This is a coin operated laundry. There is a change machine that accepts Swiss Franc bills and dispenses coins for the machines. If you don't have Swiss franc bills, there is an ATM machine facing the sidewalk in a building to the right of the coop store entrance.

She was extremely helpful the whole time ans made sure my machines were working effectively for me. The laundromat is also very clean and all machines work well. Definitely recommend this laundromat for sure! Thank you Lea!

Great copy shop who delivers great quality !…read more A copy shop is a copy shop... But here you can expect a bit more. The quality is really good and they do, do their best to deliver good quality. The owners look sometimes grumpy or unfriendly. But I think it's just their style. They are always very helpful and fast. Within a day you get everything you need to be printed. Why I don't give 5 stars? It is expensive. I think there is just not enough competition.

First things first: when trying to find out via Yelp where the nearest copy shop in Zueri to you…read moreis, don't type in the search field anything resembling German. You'll get null! Do type 'copy shop' and you'll come up roses. In fact, you'll happen upon this place, and, if you're in the area, or simply like to go to this area, as I do, then I'd suggest you get on down there. The German reviews of this place are very favorable, and I can certainly see why. I'm on the hunt for a flat (again), and some rental forms require proof of visa, among other things, so I needed to have that page of the passport copied for just such a situation. Copy machines back home confound me during the best of times, copy machines auf Deutsch are super intimidating. After entering the shop, I greeted the man nearest to me behind the counter, and asked if the copy machine was 'Selbstbedienung'. He gave a short, affirmative response, and kept on with his binding, or whatever it was. I turned to face the machine, and, after a quick glance at the options, took the plunge. Well, not quite. I hit 'auto' as I thought that that might be the safest bet, thought better of it, then asked the other man behind the counter if 'all copy machines around the world were the same'. He said, 'absolutely not!' and came over without my having to ask to give me a hand. Apparently, I found out, that hitting the 'auto' button can lead to serious despair as it is not only never correct, but downright the wrong thing to select. This was told to me in some of the most humourous and charming language I've heard since arriving here. After setting (no pun intended) me up for success, the man went back behind the counter to continue his work. The photocopying of the visa went smoothly, and as I made my way to the counter to pay, the same man who'd been so helpful wouldn't take any money. Indeed, he said something like 'it's only one, don't worry about it'. This may sound pathetic, but I wanted to tip him for being so darn nice! Any business I can funnel their way, I will!
