We booked a ride to Logan Airport…read morethree weeks in advance for a two-week trip, specifically because it was more cost-effective than parking at the airport. Between parking fees, gas, tolls, and the concern of leaving our car for that long, hiring a car service seemed like the smart choice. Unfortunately, the driver never showed up. At our scheduled pickup time, I called and initially reached voicemail. After leaving a message and waiting a few minutes, I called again. This time someone answered and simply said, "we screwed up--do you have another way to get to the airport?" We had no choice but to drive ourselves. While we were away, the company emailed offering a complimentary ride home. However, this was not helpful since our car was already at the airport. As a result, we ended up paying about $150 more in parking alone than we would have for the original round-trip service--on top of gas and tolls. Overall, this experience showed a lack of reliability and accountability. I would not recommend this car service.

So don't be confused if you see duplicates. My experiences with him was as follow.... This was my first time taking a Cab by myself and at 1 AM in the morning. I was nervous and I needed a taxi service that was safe and reliable. Luckily, I went to Yelp and saw two positive reviews for Rockingham Taxi. So now its my turn go back to Yelp to share my experience so it will help others as the last two reviewers did for me. My experience with Rockingham Taxi was completely positive, from the first phone call to being dropped off at the front of my house. I had to change my pickup times several times due to the schedules of C & J bus, and every time the person on the phone was always polite and accommodating. I was nervous that the taxi would be late, since I had a long long fly and couldn't wait to get home. The moment I step off the bus, Rockingham Taxi was already waiting for me in front of the C & J building. The cab driver politely greeted me and helped me with my two very heavy luggages (50 lb and 51 lb). His name is John P. Hopefully I got the first name right. Basically the whole experience with Rockingham Taxi was very smooth. They even take credit card (with the iphone), which is a good thing because I didnt have any cash left. I will definitely use their service again and recommend them to everyone who needs tax service. This would be especially helpful for shipyard employee who are typically placed on weird travel hours and dont want their family members to have to loose sleep from picking them up. I think they even offer rides into the shipyard gate too. Thanks for the great Taxi experience

I booked a limo ride for a short 15 - 20 minute pickup and drop off from a house to wedding venue…read more I booked the reservation online with all the info. It never officially gave me a price for the ride but I figured it couldn't be too crazy and said that the quote was pending. Only to find out they charged me $1,008 for a 20 minute limo ride saying there is a 4 hour minimum. I called the company to see if there was any way they could take some off since that was nowhere on the online booking and we only used them for 20 minutes. They said no and hung up. Very upsetting. Not to mention the 20 minutes that we did use the limo for, the music and sound didn't work so we sat in silence most of the trip. Overall not a great experience and now I'm out $1000 for a lousy 20 minute limo ride. Would not recommend this company.

I told her I would be late for work and her come back was "oh well, he's almost there". When the driver finally arrived, 25 mins late, he said he just got the call. Most of the drivers are pleasant and only one drives like a maniac. But her attitude on the phone is inexcusable. One cab driver told me her name is Candice another said Linda.
