(I am docking one star simply because sssooo many items are visibly marked with Trinitate's T. It's…read morea fairly standard T, so it comes off more as an initial for a person than for a brand, and it seems weird - to me - so odd that I didn't purchase a set of dinnerware that I quite liked.)
Trinitate is large and rather welcoming. The lower floor and out-of-doors areas contain primarily decor, candles, pots for plants, and other gardening adornments. The selection of items and colors is large, sizes, shapes, simple, ornate.
The upper floor is primarily dinnerware, mostly white, some black, and some decor. There are some unique shapes and pieces. (I found a lovely set of mezcalero cups and plates (to put the salt or lime for tequila)). The carry a few lines of dinnerware that contain a wide range of pieces that are available in the store and may be able to be ordered for larger sets. Some of these are fairly simple. Others are fancier, but not over the top. Most are delicate to medium weight, few are heavy. There is a smaller range of pieces available in black, which seems to be a partnership with a local artist.
The items here are much higher quality than what you will find in other parts of Monterrey, and they are priced as such, though not over the top.
Unless you ask, the staff is probably not going to offer assistance, but they do answer questions, and they are attentive upon check out.
