She wasn't asked if she wanted one & she certainly wasn't advised of any charges Wins are now trying to recover the cost of the hire car from my wife they have even accessed her cards and account details without our permission breaking GDPR & im talking £1000s this was a little banger of a car. After researching this it's common practice & many NHS workers have been stung We are now having to take them to court. BE CAREFUL Guys

Awful service. No communication through any of the process. I had to chase everything. Expected…read moreaccess to all my bank accounts and credit cards which unsettled me and cancelled my car hire following a conversation when i expressed my concerns. Cancelled car hire 3 days on a row. The crash repair centre they referred me to has still not fixed my car, 2 months later. Not one phone call from Winn to check if everything is acceptable. Would definitely never recommend. Definitely not the one to use if your a driving instructor.
