Which I feel is a huge conflict of interest. If I would have known his relationship to her I would have asked my ex to choose another lawyer. I asked him if he'd use a different address on the divorce papers because once it goes up on Casenet it would be public. Of course he could not do a simple request and now my address is public. I didn't want my ex husband's girlfriend knowing where I live since she has threatened me numerous times. My ex husband contacted him in November 2021 to start our divorce process. Our divorce is uncontested and we agreed beforehand on everything so it should have been a pretty simple and straight forward divorce. I didn't get papers until July 2022 and he did not include the apartment that was in both of our names. He did update that once I talked to him. We had the papers signed and notarized in early September. So why on November 11, 2022 was our divorce just filed? Now finalized only filed. When my ex asked him for updates on the divorce proceedings he would not get in contact. I have the text messages and emails to prove that his communication skills are lacking. I've included a few texts to show his communication skills. My ex contacted him on Monday November 7,2022 and he never responded back with an update. By Saturday he still hadn't responded. My ex husband even stated that he would have picked someone else if he'd known it would have taken this long. WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!! Go to someone else if you want a fast divorce. Update* he also deletes Facebook reviews that are negative. I left a review there stating the same thing I said here and included proof and he deleted it and blocked me from seeing his reviews. My friends and family can see the 5 star reviews and the scam crypto reviews but mine magically disappeared. He's a joke.

I was trying to figure out the best course of action and didn't get much of an answer. My hearing was on a Monday and I heard from the attorney Friday night at 9pm. Then one month later my car has a blown head gasket. I have to purchase a new car- again, in bankruptcy this is a whole process and you're obviously not treated like a normal borrower. In the state of Missouri it is supposed to take approximately 21 days to have a Motion to Obtain debt approved by a judge. Next week will be 90 days & I'm out here taking Ubers to work. There's a huge lack of communication from this office. When they want their money they couldn't care less about your personal hardships and you must pay NOW but when you need something they expect you to be patient and understanding....people quit, somebody is working 12 hour days, somebody has medical issues etc. I thought I paid them to work for me??
