I booked an appt to have my 11 year old lab groomed, when I arrived I was told they could not groom…read moreher because she has a wart on her head that might bleed (she had been groomed here at least 6 times before this with the same wart). I told them this but they refused, my wife called and talked to the manager and explained she had been there numerous times before, no go. So I guess if Petsmart would prefer I take my 11 year old dog to the vet, have her undergo surgery to have the wart removed and once healed maybe then they would groom her. sorry but that just doesn't make sense to me.
