Avoid the place! I took an mature elk there and got back less than 100 lbs of meat. I was definitely shorted one entire backstrap and about another 30-50 lbs by my estimate. Maybe locals get treated different, but I can only speak to my experience, and I would NEVER go here again. In addition to short on meat the place is a dump and dirty. They use the lowest quality butcher paper which wouldn't keep the meat more the a few months in a freezer.
