The company I am now using has as much, if not more, experience as they fixed ongoing issues I was having in one visit , evolution did not ever fix the issues. One cannot ignore prices that are more than doubled with the same (or better) quality of service.

I clearly asked for the conversation to remain professional, but the behavior continued. This made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable in my own home. In addition, I was sold a pH system that I later learned--after seeking a second professional opinion--was not needed. Because EcoWater systems use proprietary parts, I was unable to have another company service the equipment and ultimately had to have it removed entirely. I informed Gary that I was uncomfortable continuing to deal with his company and that I was aware the system installed was unnecessary. He agreed to a full refund and removal of the equipment, but did not show up as agreed. When I attempted to follow up by phone, messenger, and email, I discovered that I had been blocked.
